Aloha County Council,
I Patricia C. Rivera am in support of Bill 125. I have photographs, Veternary Bill's and Police Reports
with regards to a Pit Bull "Buddy"that belongs to Patrick Ganley.
Patrick Ganley's property is behind my property and have witnessed his dog Buddy in my yard and I
watched him jump back in his yard. He was to fast to catch a photo, but I saw it with my own eyes.
Buddy broke my cat Sammy's spine, bitten in the middle and passed away 4 days later. Buddy also
broke my cat Blackie's arm, crushed so badly, beyond repair, I had to have his arm amputated. The last
attack was on my cat Buddy Boy, Patrick's dog had my cats head in his mouth, punctured a hole in his
nose, popped his eye out, crushed his tongue between his teeth so he was unable to eat for three and I
needed to feed him with a syringe. I called the police three separate times, have documentation and
Nothing was ever done to the violent, aggressive dog and is still living behind me. He also tries to
intimidate me and any other person in my yard.
I pray this bill 125 passes.
