Aloha,
I strongly support this bill. I know two individuals personally who have been victims of dog attacks, and others,
including myself who walk with wariness in parts of my neighborhood.
The slapped wrists for the aggressive dog owners does little, if anything currently. Further, the current mess of
animal control adds to the emboldenment of thoughtless, careless dog owners. I
Hard to blame our police force for not acting, when their time doing so comes to naught.
Please pass and enforce this bili.
