please pass this bili. i love to walk and bike thru my neighborhood in Seaview as many others do. there are many
unleashed aggressive dogs on a number of streets i have identified and i am very afraid to go anywhere near them. i
have been run down twice on my bike and threatened. please put a stop to this. you have seen the proof already. let's
