Aloha Councilmembers,
I share Shannon Matson's concerns about Bill 111. Please be sure it is carefully worded to assist the homeless, not fund police to
chase them from place to place. I hope Mr.Chung has changed his stance, since in the past he strongly supported driving homeless
people out of Wailoa Park.
