Aloha County Council Members!
More timeshares are NOT needed. It's obvious that timeshares have fallen out of favor for many people and they are not being sold
as much as a few years ago.
What is needed in this County,are family rental units! It's almost impossible to rent apartments for families and so, please oppose
timeshares for this property.
I urge you to create a win-win situation for island residents AND the developers of this no-longer used golf course. It's a perfect
location for affordable workforce housing.
