I am writing to ask you to support this bill. There have been far too many vicious dog attacks in HPP that have
resulted in death and serious injury in HPP, where I live. I am afraid to ride my bike or even walk in areas where I
don's know the dogs. Owners need to be accountable for the injuries caused by their dogs. Thank you for your
support.
