Aloha,
I'm a volcano refugee who lost their home and business in the 2018 eruption.
I'm still waiting the years it is taking to access my land which is off Hinalo St and Pohoiki.
During this time I'm staying in the Blacksands Beach subdivision.
This subdivision has many dogs running loose. It can feel very dangerous to take a walk around here due to the dogs
which rule the streets.
I support this bill so I can walk around my neighborhood.
