Subject: Drastic measures needed ASAP
My name is Marcus Temple and I am a property owner in Ocean view Hawaii in the H.O.V.E..
I am overly concerned about the necessity for attention and focus in this very important area of neglect for all the right
reasons for the community first and foremost and it's safety as well as for the quality of life for all living creatures
especially those domesticated animals that seem to be overlooked.
Drastic measures have been needed for many years and this is shedding light on an area of neglect with a little
attention or a lot of attention and community support as this measure is being built and implemented we asked that it
will be taking seriously!
As overpopulation has become a factor everywhere on the planet this island in particular is starting to be impacted in
more ways than I can care to explain but this one specific topic is one that we can all agree upon for community sakes
the fabric interwoven between families whether they are fuzzy families or our personal families with ties with
marriage and love so is our ability to facilitate the areas of neglect with the same love and attention that we give our
own family.
We drastically need a humane society or something of this nature to be implemented as well as in cooperation with
local authorities establishing a supervising Force that will enable a team of enforcement to take care of this neglect for
it is out of control as it already is one being the pets dogs and cats two being the accountability of the owners who
seem to have similar areas of neglect within their own lack of morals or ethics go hand in hand with the neglected
animals so accountability and enforcement is what we're asking for to be supervised by a team or community
volunteers commingling with local authorities to establish this before anything worse happens children are being
attacked we do not want this to be any worse it's sad when animals get killed in the streets or attack other animals but
when they start attacking human beings and then the human beings are not accountable this is where the work needs
to be done please give all attention finances and political agendas towards this very important time as we weave the
fabric of this community for the future's sake for quality of life that is to be desired and is completely within reason
