SUBJECT: Bill No. 115, Draft 4; an Ordinance Amending Section 25-8-13 (Puak6-
`Anaeho`omalu Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning) of the Hawaii County
Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), by Changing the District Classification
From Open(0), Multiple-Family Residential (RM-4), Multiple-Family Residential
(RM-6), Multiple-Family Residential (RM-8) and Village-Commercial (CV-10) to
Project District(PD) at Waikoloa, South Kohala, Hawaii, Covered by Tax Map
Keys: 6-9-008: Par. 013, 022, 025, Por. 029 and 033.
Attached is Bill No. 115, Draft 4. Bill No. 115, Draft 3, was amended to Draft 4 with the
contents of Communication Nos. 601.26, 601.27, 601.28, 601.29, and 601.31. Bill No. 115, as
amended to Draft 4, was then approved by the Council on second and final reading on April 6,
2022.
The Council also suspended Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the
Council, which requires the holdover of a bill amended on final reading, and adopted Bill No.
115, Draft 3, as amended to Draft 4.
