Subject: Waikoloa Timeshare Project
As an owner at Fairway Villas, I am writing to advise that I'm against the timeshare project proposed for the King's Course:
The resort road is not sufficient for the influx of new residents A-Bay Beach does not have the capacity;There are no schools for the
children of the workers who will live there;The infrastructure of the resort does not support the additional capacity;There is no
"true"grocery store;There will increased noise pollution which will disrupt the resort.
