The necessity of animal control in ka'u I
Is and has been drastically need and long overdue for many many years
The vicious dog attacks on the innocent (elderly,infant , children,pets ,etc.....) Have been a red flag and a warning for
far to long
South point is becoming more populated with more and more families and lots of concern with evolving specifically
in south point and ka'u .
We need to heed this righting on the wall before any deaths occur,human deaths ,
But animal deaths are not humain as well and the lack of respect from some of the negligent dog owners need to be
