Again we must thank Council Representative for bringing forth these three bills.
Bill 129 in its entirety is certainly necessary for many folks affected by Covid and in need of financial help. Morally
and Financially the right thing to do.
Bill 131 is another example of money wisely spent. The Hilo Wastewater treatment Plant needs all the help we can
give as do the rest of the facilities mentioned in Bill 131. Appropriate attention now saves many dollars in the future.
Bill 143is an example of true compassion for folks in need. Thank you for your attention to passing Bill 143.
We urge to pass all of these Bills please. Thank you.
Council Member Kaneali'i-Klienfelder again has our grateful attention.
