My name is Beverly Behasa. I am in favor of transfer funds into a grant to the West Hawaii Veterans
Cemetery Development and Expansion Association, Inc. to construct a Vietnam War Memorial. I have
seen the diligence and focus initiated by the Vietnam Veterans who have spearheaded this project and
feel that it is a much needed monument to commemorate the many Vietnam Veterans who are lain to
rest at this cemetery a nd to those around the nation who are Veterans of the Vietnam War.
