Ordinance No. 21-39, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, <br /> is hereby amended by establishing the program appropriations listed on the attached <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax <br /> Increase funds which is in the following account of the Capital Projects Fund. <br /> 2271.36 Fuel Tax Increase 16-18 $ 315,066.06 <br /> 2271.37 Fuel Tax Increase 18-20 $2,230,731.64 <br /> TOTAL: $2,545,797.70 <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br /> not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
