Real property <br /> tax penalties revenue is expected to exceed the amount budgeted for FY 2021-22, requiring <br /> additional funds be appropriated into the POMC and Disaster and Emergency Fund transfer <br /> accounts in order to maintain compliance. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an Ordinance amending the Operating Budget by increasing <br /> appropriations of$480,000 to the Transfer to Public Access/Open Space, and Natural <br /> Resources Preservation Fund, and $240,000 to the Transfer to Disaster and Emergency <br /> Fund. <br /> If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to contact Kay Oshiro of the Finance <br /> Department at 961-8425. <br /> Deanna S.
