COUNTY OF HAWAPI *; s* STATE OF 6 <br /> RESOLUTION . 388 22 . <br /> RESOLUTIONTI 168-21 AUTHORIZING <br /> OFFICETHE F THE MAYORT INTO AN AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE UNIVERSITYF HAWAPI <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 168-21, adopted on July 21, 2021, in accordance <br /> with section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, authorized the Mayor to execute, on <br /> behalf of the County, an agreement and related documents with the University of <br /> Hawaii to fund the "Kuleana Health" project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the recitals to Resolution 168-21 made reference to provide up <br /> to $100,000 to the University of Hawaii; and <br /> WHEREAS, the actual funding amount is up to $200,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Research and Development requests that <br /> all references in Resolution 168-21 to indicate the funding amount "up to <br /> $100,000" be amended to funding "up to $200,000"; now, therefore <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 168-21 be, and hereby is, amended to <br /> reflect all references of$100,000 to be identified instead as $200,000. <br />
