SUBJECT: Zoning Amendments: Bill 935, 936, 937, 944, 946
In reviewing the above bills, the following revisions are
recommended as reflected in the attached second drafts :
Bill 935
1 . SECTION 4. Section 4, Article 5 , Chapter 8 deletes
quotation marks around variance. This action is consistent with
other similar deletions in this bill .
2. Page 3 is a duplication of page 2. Pages 4, 5 , 6 are
re-numbered to 3 , 4, 5 .
3. SECTION 13. Section 4, Article 14 , Chapter 8 corrects the
brackets and underscoring within the existing sentence .
Bill 936
Corrects reference to SECTION 1. Section 3. 20 to show
Section 3. 19 in accordance with Ordinance 36 which renumbers the
definitions .
Bill 937
Deletes the word "adult" to conform to new definitions of care
homes and family boarding homes.
Bill 944
SECTION 1. Section 4-D inserts underscoring in new language
' the ' and omits comma in the second line .
