SUBJECT: Ordinance for the Hawaii County Council
Housing Revolving Fund
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has
submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) an ordinance
to amend Chapter 2 , Article 13 , Section 2-75 , Hawaii County Code
1983 , relating to the use of the Housing Revolving Fund.
The HCHA has reviewed and approved the ordinance at its meeting
of March 10, 1993 . Accordingly, I am requesting that the
ordinance be included on the Council agenda for action at its
March 24 , 1993 , meeting.
