Subject: Recycling
Aloha. I ask the County Council COMMITTEE OF FINANCE to please increase funding and prioritize programs in the Recycling Section
of the Department of Environmental Management(DEM). I want to see our tax dollars go towards programs that divert resources
away from the wasteful practice of landfilling. Malama 'Aina! Mahalo.
