Aloha,
My name is Hannah LeMans and I am writing to submit my written testimony regarding recycling in our county. I ask
the County Council Committee of Finance to please increase funding and prioritize programs in the recycling section
of DEM. I want to see that my tax dollars contribute to programs that divert resources away from the wasteful
practice of landfilling.
