Aloha,
I ask the County Counsel Committee of Finance to please increase funding and prioritize programs in the Recycling
Section of the Department of Environmental Management. I want to see that our tax dollars go towards programs that
divert resources away from the wasteful practice of landfilling. Malama `Aina!
