REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: April 19, 2022 Re: Comm.No. 720 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo,Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Communication No. 720,reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 720,transmitted by the Honorable Mayor Mitchell D. Roth dated <br /> March 28, 2022, nominates Cayla Crivello of District 8 to the Public Access, Open Space, and <br /> Natural Resources Preservation Commission. If confirmed, Ms. Crivello would serve a term to end <br /> on December 31, 2025. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor Pomaika`i Bartolome introduced the nominee. Ms. Crivello then <br /> elaborated on her background, her intent with serving should she be confirmed, and her genealogical <br /> connection to Kona. <br /> Committee Members Holeka Goro Inaba, Maile Medeiros David, Rebecca Villegas, <br /> Ashley L. Kierkiewicz, Herbert M. "Tim"Richards III, and Heather L.
