Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks
and Recreation to provide a grant to Hamakua Youth Foundation, Inc. (HYF) to support the 2022
Honoka`a Western Week festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
