Aloha ouncilebers!
YES! I am in strong support of Bills 152 and 153, utilizing the County's power
of the purse to jumpstart and maintain a revolving fund to enable better access
for Hawaii island households; and to get connected with truly affordable
housing.
Now, let's also consider using various pots of money, and more importantly,
creative thinking �i}, to solve the problems of waste disposal on this island
next.
