Please pass Bill 156 to place yearly limits on property tax increases.
1 own a commercial building in Pahoa, it's already very expensive due to insurance in lava zone 2
and my property taxes just jumped up over 30%this year,this is a huge jump in one year,
there needs to be a cap and that's what this bill will do,
