Subject: Minimize Real Property Tax Increases

I SUPPORT Bill 156 to Minimize Real Property Tax Increases.
The increase this past year was way out of line for most budgets. With an already
big increase in cost of living and basics to just survive the huge increase in property taxes was,
quite frankly, inconsiderate of the community. We all understand that tax increases are necessary
at times, but small increases over time are always better.
