Aloha Councilwoman Lee Loy,
I write in Strong Support of Bill No. 156 which would modify the Code governing Real Property Tax Assessments
(RPT).
There must be a "cap" on assessments, which are not the same as market value and are presumably subjective if they
can increase 100% in a single year, as currently proposed by the Department.
