SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 152, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Article 13,
Division 3, Section 2-75 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as
Amended), Relating to the County Housing Program Revolving Fund.
Attached please find Bill No. 152, Draft 2. During its meeting on May 4, 2022, the Council
amended Bill No. 152 with the contents of Communication No. 721.2 and passed Bill No. 152,
as amended to Draft 2, on first reading.
Please place this bill on the next Council agenda for second reading.
