REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman David and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request an attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced matter.
We ask that this matter be placed on the Finance Committee Agenda for
May 17, 2022. If granted, I will appear before the Committee in person in Hilo
Council Chambers.
