The proposed amendments are shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 410-22, material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored. 1. The fourth WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows: "WHEREAS,the Department of Public Works wishes to provide [$72000] $907,500 to the Peoples Advocacy for Trails Hawaii; and." 2. The first RESOLVED clause is amended to read as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article 25, Section 2-139(a)(3)(A) of the Hawaii County Code, the Department of Public Works is authorized to provide a grant of[$ 000] $907,500 to the Peoples Advocacy for Trails Hawaii to expand the Hawaii Island Bikeshare system." A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 410-22, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted due to the limited scope of this amendment.
