Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
I am hereby submitting for your approval a resolution
authorizing the granting of a license to temporarily locate the
Hawaii Shima Japanese Immigrant Museum at One Pauahi Place.
The license would be granted to Mr. Kiyoshi Okubo and the
museum for not more than a period of five years, during which
time a permanent location would be sought.
