Cost items presented <br /> for your consideration are lump sum payments, across-the-board increases, step movements, <br /> within range progressions, increases to uniform allowances, and increases to overtime meal rates. <br /> Attached as exhibits to the resolution are schedules showing the total cost of these various <br /> increases over the four years of the contract period. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Mitchell D.
