Aloha Council Chair David and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. Palani Greenwell to the Kailua Village Design Commission.
Mr. Greenwell has been a Hawaii resident for 24 years. He is the President of Foresight
Engineering & Design, LLC, which provides civil engineering design and consulting services to
Hawaii Island.
Mr. Greenwell believes there is a need for qualified design professionals to be included on public
design review committees and boards. He is ready to offer his time and expertise to assist in
reviewing proposed projects for conformance with the various codes and community plans.
If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2022.
