AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH AN OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI’I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2022 TO JUNE 30, 2023.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to establish an operating budget for the County of Hawai‘i in compliance with subsection 10-3(a), Hawai‘i County Charter.
SECTION 2. General Summary and Comparative Statements of Revenues and Expenditures. A simple, clear, general summary of the detailed contents of the operating budget and comparative
statements of revenues and expenditures are hereby presented.
SECTION 3. Position Changes. Position changes included in the operating budget are:
New Positions:
Corporation Counsel 3 new positions – Deputy Corporation Counsel
