As part of this joint venture, the Hawaii State Public Library System has <br /> authorized $350,000 to be provided to the County. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $350,000 <br /> grant. <br /> The Mass Transit Agency requests that this resolution and bill be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the June 1, 2022 Council agenda in order to <br /> expedite receipt of these fiends.
