Attached is Bill No. 127, Draft 3, which was the result of amendments approved at the
May 19, 2022, Special Meeting of the Council.

5 DPR- Spencer Kalani Schutte District Park Improvements and 5,000

6 DPW- Waikoloa Road Rehabilitation Project 42,000
Net Increase 72,195
The above amendments increased the FY 2022-2023 Capital Budget by $72,195,000 and
six projects for a total of$445,044,000 and 96 projects.
