SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 397-22, Draft 2; A Resolution Approving the
Fiscal Year 2023 Proposed Operating Budget for the Hawaii State Association
of Counties.
Attached is Resolution 397-22, Draft 2. Resolution No. 397-22 was amended with the contents
of Communication No. 772.1 and forwarded to Council with a favorable recommendation by
the Committee on Governmental Operations, Relations, and Economic Development on
May 17, 2022.
Exhibit A of Communication No. 772 was also amended by Communication No. 772.1, which
is attached with the amendments incorporated therein.
