Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 170, reports as follows:
Bill No. 170,transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 789 dated
April 29, 2022, amends Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022.
This bill increases revenues in the Coordinated Services account($52,461); and appropriates the same to
the Coordinated Services—Other Current Expenses account,bringing the total appropriation to
$188,461. Funds would be used by the Department of Parks and Recreation's Coordinated Services
Division for its Transportation and Outreach programs.
There was no discussion on the measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 170, and recommends
its passage on first reading.
