Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 363-22, Draft 2; A Resolution Authorizing a
Decrease in the County of Hawaii Fuel Tax.
Attached please find Resolution No. 363-22, Draft 2. Resolution No. 363-22 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 708.4 and discussed by the Council on May 4, 2022.
After discussions, the council voted with four votes in favor, four votes opposed and one vote
absent with Council member Kierkiewicz excused. This measure failed to pass.
