JNgYfOs Htdy <br /> COUNTY OF HA'WAI`I S'I'A'I'E OF FIAWAI`I <br /> SOLUTION NO. 432 22 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRINGIAPPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AT EXISTING FACILITIES AND FOR <br /> THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PARK FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 9. <br /> WHEREAS, there are many improvements that need to be implemented in existing <br /> parks, gyms, pools, and playgrounds as well as a need for new park facilities in Council <br /> District 9; and <br /> WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, fencing, gates, facility <br /> renovations, bleachers, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, development of new park facilities may include, but is not limited to, <br /> planning and design, environmental assessments, and construction; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to make improvements at existing facilities and for the development of new <br /> park facilities in Council District 9. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,384.03 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $5,384.03 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,384.03 <br /> Trans to Cap Proj Fund-G <br /> 341 Misc.
