SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 126, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2022-2023
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 126, Draft 2, regarding the proposed Operating Budget
for fiscal year 2022-2023. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund revenue and
expenditure accounts as follows: increases the Fund Balance from Previous Year revenue account
by $900,000, and increases Contingency Relief, Miscellaneous Charges expense account by
900,000.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts are reflected below:
