SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 126, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget
for Fiscal Year 2022-2023
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 126,Draft 2, the proposed Operating Budget for
fiscal year 2022-2023. The purpose of this amendment is to transfer $9,000,000 appropriated for
Dousing Production into the County Housing Revolving Fund, a fund that has defined parameters
for its use, until such time as the Housing Production Fund has established parameters for use
defined by the County Council and Office of Housing Administrative Rules.
The amendment to the Housing Fund is reflected in detail in the table below:
