Subject: RES. 390-22: Employment Contracts for Animal Control
Aloha County Council Members,
Resolution 394-22 seems odd in that the Mayor is to engage with HPD for 7 employment contracts for animal control.
I do not support special accommodations for different hiring methods. This leaves it open for scrutiny and
discriminatory practices. Why doesn't HPD use normal hiring practices? I do not support this method of employing
county workers.
