SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 126, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2022-2023
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 126, Draft 2, regarding the proposed Operating Budget
for fiscal year 2022-2023. This proposed amendment would increase the Fund Balance,from
Previous Year for the Geothermal Relocation& Community Benefits Fund by $300,000, and
creates a funding source for an environmental study/assessment for Parks and Recreation facilities
in accordance with the Geothermal Relocation& Community Benefits Fund account requirements.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the Geothermal Relocation& Community
Benefits Fund revenue and expenditure accounts are reflected below:
