The proposed amendments are <br /> illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 167; material to be deleted <br /> is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored. <br /> 1. SECTION 2 of Bill No. 167 is amended by amending the proposed new article 5, section <br /> 14-31 to read as follows: <br /> "Section 14-31. Prohibitions. <br /> It is unlawful to [pfae,] sell, offer for sale, or distribute for sale any non- <br /> mineral sunscreen without a prescription issued by a licensed healthcare <br /> provider." <br /> 2. SECTION 2 of Bill No. 167 is amended by amending the proposed new article 5, section <br /> 14-34 to read as follows: <br /> "Section 14-34.
