Please find proposed amendments to Bill No. 167 below. The proposed amendments are illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 167; material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored. 1. SECTION 2 of Bill No. 167 is amended by amending the proposed new article 5, section 14-31 to read as follows: "Section 14-31. Prohibitions. It is unlawful to [pfae,] sell, offer for sale, or distribute for sale any non- mineral sunscreen without a prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider." 2. SECTION 2 of Bill No. 167 is amended by amending the proposed new article 5, section 14-34 to read as follows: "Section 14-34. Violation and penalty. (a) Any person, corporation, public agency or other entity who violates this article shall be fined not more than $1,000 per incident. Comm. Pio. Ref.
