Subject: Support Bills 152 & 153, for Affordable Housing
Aloha,
My name is Bob Douglas and I support Bills 152 & 153, for Affordable Housing.
We have a housing crisis here in Hawai'i. The working poor are loosing their homes due to
the rising costs of rent. These bills would help address the situation. That said we also
urgently need to control out of state home ownership and BNBs.
