We are in need of more affordable housing options across our,island. Together, these bills will ensure long lasting and responsible use of our taxpayer dollars for affordable housing development. Bill 153 is especially necessary and appreciated as it commits the County to affordable housing efforts for the long term. As a community, we cannot afford to have these funds pulled by a simple majority of future County Councils.
