Aloha,
Healthy coral reefs protect Hawaii's coastal infrastructure, beaches, and community. The chemical
compounds contained in non-mineral sunscreen inhibit coral growth and degrade the integrity of
our reefs.
My family uses mineral based sunscreens successfully and I believe it is the only kind of
sunscreen that should be sold in order to keep our bodies and our reefs safe. rae.
