The area that we can most directly have a positive and most immediate effect is in the control of sun screen toxins. Please vote to restrict the use of non-mineral based sun screens. Coral reefs are essential for the life we live in Hawaii. They protect the shore line with a physical barrier. They provide food for subsistence gatherers. They provide jobs for those who work in the tourist industry. They provide physical and mental recreation for the population of Hawaii. We need to protect the reefs in fiery way possible.
